Answer questions!!!!!! When someone needs help. The only thing your support does is mark tickets as closed before any action or answer was given. I got stuck and a certain screen in your directions never came up. I wrote probably 30 times to get answers, and nothing was answered. I also had asked about accessing my client area the user-name and password wasn't working either. And all I got back from that question was once again it was closed and no one gave me an answer. This was a wasted purchase as of right now I asked for a refund because the product wasn't working. I sent screen shots and no one bothered to read or answer the problem. No one responded about my refund either. I had lost the ability to see or reply to by business emails I couldn't send Invoices because I lost Word for 4 days. I finally gave up asking questions since you do not have any one qualified to answer questions. Therefore, I had to purchase the subscription to get my business up and running. Since I had already deleted my Office apps I couldn't get back the account I had before making the purchase from you. A few years ago, I did have your license and apps setup but then my computer went down and when I got it back up it lost all that information. You did a wonderful job the first time I bought a license, and I had the log in name for that old version of Microsoft office. But thought it was a good time to upgrade Office. You totally broke my trust in your service. The last time I had sent other people to you. This time I will be telling all my friends not to upgrade because your Support doesn't exist anymore.

It was easy to install and works great.
Too easy & a great deal. I updated my Microsoft Office 2016 on my home desktop PC to this "new" Office 2019, mostly because I could get it at this great price since at some point I know Microsoft will stop supporting 2016. The 2016 Outlook, Word & Excel still worked perfectly fine for me but who knows what might happen in the future with viruses and malware attacks, so I wanted to be getting whatever updates Microsoft puts out every night.
I had upgraded from Windows 10 Pro to windows 11 and decided to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro to get all its features and functionalities. This purchase was an easy impulse buy.
Great product and great service. Highly recommended Seller. Dazza.
Your support is very professzional and successful. I appreciate your engineer knowledge
I have used the Office products for many years and find the 2021 just as good, if not better!
Great price, easy purchase & download. I’d rather own the software than have it in the cloud. Much less expensive in the long run, since I’m still using software I bought 30 years ago.
Very easy to install- instructions easy to follow. Registration with Microsoft was a breeze. All good and works as expected.
Purchased Windows 11 Pro to upgrade my Windows 11 Home version. This is so I can build out a home network.
I was an eazy upgrade from Win11 Home to Win11 Professional by just changing the Product key and activation.
I'm very impressed with the power of the program to create charts and documents.
I'm very impressed with the power of the program to create documents.

Hello Helpful Downloads.com!!! I am glad I found your website and offers. I did see other offers, but after checking reviews I decided to order my Microsoft Office 2021 Pro + from your company. I really am glad that I went this route. Your PDF file How To really assisted me in my installation process especially the removal of all office 365 and the installer loader. The other instructions were spot on too! I was little worried I may need some assistance after reading some reviews, but having a tech background greatly assisted me navigating the process. I am a big fan of "how to" instructions myself. Anyway, I've got my old apps cleaned off/rebooted, downloaded, registered and installed successfully. I even have access to my work account and my own personal account. too. I was super surprised that I had both and didn't have to enter my work email address information password etc. Happy customer! Thanks again!
Great price at a great store!
Great price for product!
these people are great, I've made mistakes and they promptly corrected. I do the laptops for a day care center and other numerous people. I must have purchased maybe 20 products in 2022. All went very smooth.
My purchase and download of Microsoft Office 2021 Professional were flawless. Although I did not need it support help in the process was offered.
Had difficulty loading the program. Emailed customer service and they helped me with the issue. Very happy with the product and service.

Love it! Used it for Project Management Class for a project schedule of course! I watched a 15 min YouTube tutorial on the basic functions of MS Project. It was so easy to understand. Not to mention I already know MS Office very well. What are you waiting for? Go buy it. It’s so worth it!
The program works flawlessly. It was easy to download and install and it sinks up with all of my other Microsoft programs. I wish they would work with Adobe products as well.
I was skeptical at first but it's really legit. So far so good!
This program works great!!! Glad I took the chance in it!
I got exactly what they advertised. Download went seamlessly. Works perfect.
Worked perfectly, much better than a couple others I wasted money on from E-Bay. This is now my go-to place for activation downloads!

I have multiple products from Helpful Downloads , and will continue to buy when new products become available. My recent purchase I bought again after already having it for my large 17inch laptop , but wanted to use the same product it on a small windows tablet. I would recommend Project Professional 2019 (it’s the full version for life at a fantastic price ) .
I have had approximately 12-14 years of experience with a Visio version which was marketed before MS purchased the company. So far, I have not had more than a day of experience with the new 2019 version. I am pleased to find that it was integrated into the Office Suite, and it takes advantage of the Windows 10 features. Actually, I had retired 16 years ago, and lost features of Visio after a computer crash. and I did not want to be without it. I used Visio for process plant design, demonstrating features of plant modification to clients. Nowadays, I use Visio for arranging furniture in a a room, when I am moving. It is easier to move shapes, than real furniture. I recommend the program to anybody who is still in the workforce. One just have to find the right application for its use to get your superiors notice you. Learning the program should not discourage potential users. With patience during learning will yield its benefits.
Fast friendly customer service. Enjoying excel and word!
