Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 3.9 / 5 from 125 reviews.
I had upgraded from Windows 10 Pro to windows 11 and decided to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro to get all its features and functionalities. This purchase was an easy impulse buy.
Purchased Windows 11 Pro to upgrade my Windows 11 Home version. This is so I can build out a home network.
I was an eazy upgrade from Win11 Home to Win11 Professional by just changing the Product key and activation.
Purchased win 11 pro easy checkout and was delivered quickly
Fast delivery! No issues! You guys are great!!! Thanks!!!!
Helpful Download Website is a total Garbage. You're a classic scammer. I have purchased Windows11, order is never delivered. My Order # 97677. I have emailed you about 5 times, each time is the same generic response. Nobody never contacted me and they simply send me an email this ticket is closed with no resolution. To date no Windows11. By the way I have purchased Office 365 before with a Lifetime Subscription, after a year Subscription is expired. I have requested my reimbursement, no response. Now I see why there's no customer service phone listed on your website. Just continued to scam on innocent Veterans like me and vulnerable Seniors. Trash!
I couldnt get either product to install. The technician I talked to was not helpful
The overall experience was fine. Buying and the description and instructions were great. However the key provided did not activate Windows without hassle. It had said that it was already activated and I had to go through the whole phone fiasco where they ask you a bunch of questions and stuff to actually get my Windows 11 Pro activated.
Always good, always works as intended.
My computer states that the program is incapable of running, it will not except the program
NO LA E INSTALADO PERO PRONTO LA INSTALARE
It was painless to install it, but I would like to see it cheaper as you can get Windows 10 for a little more affordable price and upgrade for free...thanks n e way!!!
It simply works, never had a issue.
Bad service
I love all the features. It does, however, require a large learning curve and will take time experimenting with all the features. All of the features I am using at this time are basic in nature.
Was not compatible with my computer.
This is the second key, the first one did not work, it was defective. I have left many messages, and they have been ignored. I am working with this new key, and it seems ok, but I am out sixty bucks for the other one!!!???
very easy to download
wont give me refund
good product and good price
please tell your custmors that if they have 7 8 or10 windows that it may not take windows 11 they can go on up date to see if there machine is able to run windows 11 maybe that is there problem I know I have had three running windows 10 pro and it tells me I can't upgrade so I had to get one that would
When I put your key stuck everything, I have to buy different windows 11 , I formatted my hard drive in order to install the window. I really disappointed with your service support. I recommend everyone stay away from this seller!!!
Windows 11 Pro could not be installed with the provided License Key, even with their tech support. The 833 area code number is a joke. A recorded message always says to leave a message and someone will call back, but they never did. Don't buy this product.
Please refund my purchase. Windows 11 could not be installed on my desktop computer to replace Windows 7. My scheduled appointment with technical support to help with the installation was not kept.
Would not download. You missed appointment. Refund my purchase immediately
Unfortunately when I tried to download the Windows 11 software, Windows told me my computer can not run it and I think it is because I am running Windows 8.1 Can you help me to install the Windows 11 software I purchased from you?
I got a great price significantly lower than getting Windows Pro from MS
I bought this program on 10 June 2024, and truthfully this is the worst product I have every bought, trying to install it for 2 days with no luck, on both windows 7 and 10. this is a scam if I have ever seen one. I will be posting a review on social media about this product in the days to come with copies of correspondent from the website where I bought this item from. Ended up buying a new computer! Worst $39.97 I have ever spent!
Easy download for installation or upgrade at a reasonable price for the download and the license. It was quick and efficient.
Good
I bought this license trusting it was a workable feature from Microsoft. I followed the instructions, but it did not work. I emailed Helpful Downloads immediately to let them know what happened and requested a refund. As of this entry, there has been no response from Helpful Downloads.
I didn't anything
Paid. Couldnt use. Not happy
Easy to purchase and download. Will use in the future.
My computer cannot accept the Windows11 program. I spent that money for nothing out of pure ignorance.
Excellent however it is not in the means of using product, wondering if I could cancel subscription Thks
Great company! I received my software just as they promised and at more than 50% off of what other companies were selling it for. The software is digital and a digital registration number was sent to me in an email. I give them 5 stars for doing exactly what they promised and caring enough about their company to send a follow-up performance questionnaire. Wish all companies were at this level of customer satisfaction!
I have a bad experience with your company
Unable to download my order of Microsoft 11. to my computer. i will need some sophisticated instructions to download Microsoft 11. I await further to hear from you. Thank you.
